With 20 years of experience as a freelance Quantity Surveyor, Graham Scoulding has effectively leveraged his BSc (Hons) degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. Throughout his career, he has served as a Quantity Surveyor and Regional Manager at notable companies such as Kier (KBJV), Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, and EC Harris. Over the past two years, he has focused on winning tenders for an SME, securing over £30M in contracts and significantly boosting the company’s turnover and reputation.
